During this free tour you will be able to make all the purchases of souvenirs, gifts or any detail that you may have missed during your stay in Ecuador, we will indicate places where you can buy the perfect crafts for you.
On this tour you will find handicrafts and more, from various communities and cities in the country, which are made by artisans who work traditionally and with the highest dedication, using elements such as: toquilla straw, wool, alpaca, clay, wood and precious metals.

Tour itinerary
The tour starts at 10:00 am in the Plaza de las Conceptas, where one of our guides will be waiting to welcome you, then we will go to the Archiepiscopal Palace where we will have the opportunity not only to buy but to taste delicious ice creams and sweets from Quito, which will transport you to colonial times.
Once we have tasted the rich sweets, we will move on to the oldest market in Quito, the San Francisco Market, where we will be able to learn how Quiteños make purchases and if you like you can buy fruit or a delicious natural juice.
After our purchases in the San Francisco Market, we will advance to one of the oldest streets of the colonial town, La Ronda Street, where we can visit several very interesting stores such as the spinning top shop or the tinsmith. Also, in La Ronda, we will have a short explanation about coffee in Ecuador.
Once our visit to La Ronda is over, we will walk to St Francis Square, where we will visit a chocolate shop where we will have a tasting and you can buy the best chocolate in the country.
As an optional stop we can advance to the zone of La Mariscal, where we will visit the most important craft market in the capital, and after this visit, we will finish our tour*.
*The visit to the Craft Market is an optional stop that takes place after the tour of the historic center.
