📌 Important Information about our Tours

At Kunakkuna Experiences, we want you to enjoy every adventure to the fullest. That's why we share with you some key points to make your experience unforgettable:


About Free Tours: As is the case all over the world, our Free Walking Tours operate with voluntary contributions. Our guides have been preparing for years to offer you a quality service, so we appreciate your generosity at the end of the tour.

Safety and Respect: We reserve the right to remove anyone who disrespects other tourists or guides, arrives intoxicated, or does not pay attention to the explanations. We want each tour to be an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Itinerary Changes: Itineraries are referential and may be adjusted due to weather, demonstrations, logistical changes or other factors. If this happens, we will do our best to offer you an equally amazing alternative.

Reservations and Payments: Reservations for paid, theatrical, VIP or special tours are subject to availability and are confirmed upon initial payment only. Prices are per person in groups of at least 2 tourists.

Cancellations: Depending on when you cancel your tour, penalties may apply, we recommend you review our cancellation policies before making your reservation!

🔹 Quotes: They are valid for 24 hours. After that time, rates may vary.

🔹 Advance Reservations: We accept reservations up to 30 days before the tour. Last minute reservations may incur surcharges.

🔹 Reservation Changes: Are subject to availability and new rate quote.

💳 Payment Policies for Paid and VIP Tours.

💵 Initial Deposit.

✔ Made to Kunakkuna Experiences bank account.


✔ You must send proof of payment to our email 📧 kunakkuna.experiences@gmail.com or by WhatsApp 📲 +593.96.323.7172.


✔ This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

💰 Full Payment:

✔ Payment must be completed 72 hours prior to the start of the tour.

✔ If you book less than 10 days in advance, payment must be made in full immediately.

✔ Failure to meet these deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

🚐 Tourist Operations Policies

Punctuality: The adventure does not wait! We ask you to arrive between 10 and 15 minutes before departure time. We will wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the appointed time.

📍 Meeting Points: The arrival points will be the same where the tour started.

📢 Follow the Instructions: Our guides and tour leaders are there to help you. To ensure a safe and smooth tour, it is important to follow their directions regarding times and meeting points.

 📩 Tour Information: A day before your experience, you will receive key details such as recommendations, the guide's name and emergency contact numbers.

❌ Cancellation Policies and Penalties.

If you need to cancel your tour, keep in mind these penalties according to the time of anticipation:

📅 30 to 25 days in advance: No penalty.
📅 24 to 20 days before: 50% penalty.
📅 19 to 10 days before:80% penalty.
📅 9 to 1 day before: 100% penalty.

🚫 No Show: If you cannot show up the day of the tour for personal reasons, a 100% penalty will be applied, with no refund.

🔥 High Season: In high demand dates, we may request immediate full payment of the reservation to guarantee your space.
