Terms and conditions of our tours

Additional information about our tours

  • Large groups of more than 16 people must contact us first before making the reservation.

  • Kunakkuna Experiences reserves the right to admit any individual in our free tours, paid tours, dramatized tours, VIP tours, or special tours if we consider it so, for example, if the tourist is in an alcoholic state of the tourist came to disrespect the guide or other tourists if the tourist does NOT pay attention to what the guide explains, etc.

  • Kunakkuna Experiences does not accept any responsibility for any loss of belongings, accidents, or any damage to tourists during the development of each one of its tours, in each of its modalities.

  • All free tours worldwide work on the basis of economic donations, generous donations are appreciated because none of our guides or collaborators have a salary.

  • all itineraries are referential, they can be changed depending on many factors, such as weather issues, strikes, political situations, there is not the minimum number of tourists required, etc.; In the same way, we can always cancel the tours for the reasons mentioned above.

  • No tourist who did not make the free tour reservation has the right to question our service.

  • The reservations of the paid, theatrical, special or VIP tours are subject to availability at the time of processing your request and cannot be guaranteed until the initial payment has been received.

  • Prices are per person in a minimum group of 2 tourists, they include the services indicated in the description of the tour.

  • Full payment for all trips must be made no later than 2 days prior to the tour.

  • If the reservation is made within 30 days prior to the tour, the entire package must be canceled once it is confirmed.

  • The reservation indicates allergies and food restrictions, in the case of including food in the tour, at the time of confirming it.

Reservation Policies

  • When requesting a personalized quote, the rates that apply are valid on the day of your quote (24 hours), after expiration it may vary.

  • Reservations will be accepted up to 30 days before the start of the tour and in the case of last minute reservations they are subject to additional charges.

  • We suggest you read the cancellation policies since any change in reservation is subject to availability and re-quotation of rates.

Payment Policies for Paid, Dramatized, VIP and Special tours

Initial Deposit

  • 50% of the total contracting of services must be paid within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • The deposit or transfer will be made to the Kunakkuna Experiences bank account.

  • The deposit or bank transfer voucher will be sent to the following email kunakkuna.experiences@gmail.com  and the Kunakkuna Experiences WhatsApp +593.96.323.7172

  • The initial payment and the reservation are not transferable or refundable.

 

Full payment

  • The total payment of all services must be made 72 hours prior to the arrival start of the tour.

  • If the reservation is made within 10 days prior to the tour, the entire package must be canceled once it is confirmed.

  • Failure to comply with these time limits will result in the cancellation of the reservation, without exception, releasing Kunakkuna Experiences from any responsibility.

Tourism operations policies

  • Be between 15 to 10 minutes before the departure time, you will wait 10 minutes maximum after the indicated time.

  • The times marked are estimates, since they may vary according to various factors that may occur during the trip, weather conditions, traffic, etc.

  • The arrival points are the same as where the tour begins.

  • Tourists must abide by the instructions of the guide and/or the accompanying tour leader (schedules and meeting points), they are the ones in charge of the tour.

  • The day before the start of the tour, the recommendations, data of the assigned guide and tour leader, and emergency contacts will be sent.

Cancellation policies and penalties

In cases where the reservation is canceled by the tourist without having started the tour, it will be subject to the respective penalties as appropriate as follows:

  • Penalties according to the days of cancellation prior to the departure of the trip:

    • 30 to 25 days  -->  There is no penalty charge

    • From 24 to 20 days  -->  50% penalty

    • From 19 to 10 days  -->  80% penalty

    • From 09 to 01 days  -->  100% penalty

  • In the event that any passenger has personal inconveniences of force majeure that prevent their presence at the time of check-in, they will be considered as NO SHOW (not presented), so they are subject to a 100% penalty and are not subject to any refund.

  • In high season reserves the right to require full and immediate payment of reservations; including those reservations that have been confirmed through advances, in accordance with the policies previously described in this document.
