Tour itinerary
The tour begins at 2:00 p.m. at the Plaza de San Francisco, where your guide will welcome you and tell you everything you need to know to enjoy this experience to the fullest.
🏛 First stop - San Francisco Convent: Here you will discover the fascinating history of beer in Latin America and Ecuador, as well as visit the oldest brewery on the continent. As a fun fact, you will be able to buy the legendary Franciscan beer and enjoy it with friends while contemplating the impressive towers of the San Francisco church.
🍫 Second stop - Yumbos Chocolates: We will take a break to taste one of the best chocolates in the country, ideal to recharge your batteries and continue our tour.
🍬 Third stop - Archbishop's Palace: Here we will enjoy traditional Ecuadorian sweets, including the famous Mistelas, and taste different local liquors. Did you know that Ecuador has great quality liquors? Discover them with us!
🍺 Fourth stop - Qenqo: Your taste buds will be amazed with a selection of craft beers with unique flavors, brewed with Ecuadorian ingredients.
🍻 Fifth stop - Amerik Brewery: We will learn about the craft beer brewing process and enjoy a special tasting with four varieties of their production.
🍨 Sixth stop - Calle La Ronda: In one of the oldest and most traditional streets of Quito, we'll taste unique flavored ice creams with a Quito touch, some even have liquor in them!
🔥 Grand finale: A canelazo at La Ronda: To close with a flourish, we'll stay at La Ronda and toast with a delicious canelazo, enjoying the bohemian atmosphere of this emblematic Quiteño neighborhood.
