Tour itinerary
-DAY 1-
The tour starts at 07:00 am at the meeting point and then leaves for the Quito Terrestrial Terminal "Quitumbe", to be able to welcome you and give you instructions so that this new adventure is the best experience.
After the indications, we will begin our trip to the Hacienda Hipolongo Cruz de Mayo, in order to begin our activities.
Once at the Hacienda we can settle into our rooms and rest a bit before having a delicious lunch.
After lunch we will have time to rest and get ready to visit the main church of the Quero canton and its surroundings, and then proceed to the community of Puñachizag to visit the Cerveceria La Quereñita, the only brewery that produces craft beer based on potatoes.
At night, you will have a delicious snack and to end the day by the warmth of the fireplace you will be able to listen to stories of yesteryear from the Hacienda.
-DAY 2-
The next morning and after a good night's sleep, a rich breakfast in the pure style of a chagra will be waiting for you (08:00 am) to get energy to start the day's activities.
Once breakfast is finished, we will depart towards the pine forest in the upper part of the Hacienda, where we will have a walk, in which and with a little luck we will be able to see moorland animals such as eagles, wolves, rabbits and even wild cattle. .
At the end of our walk we will return to the farm house, where a delicious typical lunch of the area will be waiting for us. After lunch we will have a small riding class (this class can be done depending on the availability of horses within the hacienda) and experiential activities, where we will learn more about the life of a chagra; then we will have free time to rest and recharge.
At night, you will have a delicious snack and to end the day by the warmth of the fireplace you will be able to listen to stories of yesteryear from the Hacienda.
-DAY 3-
On our last day at Hacienda Hipolongo, we will have a delicious breakfast at (08:00 am). After breakfast we will collect our things and start the trip back to Quito; Once in the capital our tour will end.

-DÍA 1-
El tour inicia a las 07:00 a.m. en el punto de encuentro para luego partir hacia el Terminal Terrestre de Quito "Quitumbe", poder darte la bienvenida y las indicaciones para que esta nueva aventura sea la mejor experiencia.
Después de las indicaciones, empezaremos con nuestro viaje hasta la Hacienda Hipolongo Cruz de Mayo, para poder comenzar con nuestras actividades. Ya en la Hacienda podremos instalarnos en nuestras habitaciones y descansaremos un poco antes tomaremos un delicioso almuerzo.
Después del almuerzo tendremos tiempo para poder descansar y alistarnos para poder visitar la Iglesia principal del cantón Quero y sus alrededores, para luego avanzar hasta la comunidad de Puñachizag para poder visitar la Cervecería La Quereñita, única cervecería que produce cerveza artesanal a base de papa.
Por la noche, tendrás una deliciosa merienda y para terminar el día junto al calor de la chimenea podras escuchar historias de antaño de la Hacienda.
-DÍA 2-
Muy temprano por la mañana (07:00 a.m) y despues de una muy buena noche de sueño te estará esperando, al puro estilo de un chagra, un rico desayuno para tomar energia para comenzar las actividades del día.
Una vez terminado el desayuno (08:00 a.m) partiremos hacia el extremo sur de la hacienda, en donde nos encontraremos en un páramo de pajonal en medio del cerro Igualata. Una vez en el punto de partida de la caminata tu guía te darálas indicaciones necesarias para que esta nueva aventura sea innolvidable para ti.
A mitad de la caminata tendremos tiempo para descansar y saborear un delicioso box lunch, para así continuar nuestra caminata hasta el bosque de pinos; durante este tramo de la ruta y con un poco de suerte podremos ver animales de páramo como aguilas, lobos, conejos e incluso ganado bravo.
Al final del bosque de pinos te estará esperando el transporte que te regresará hasta la casa de hacienda, en donde nos estará esperando un delicioso almuerzo típico de la zona. Terminado el almuerzo tendremos una pequeña clase de equitación (esta clase se la podrá realizar dependiendo la disponibilidad de caballos dentro de la hacienda) y actividades vivenciales, en donde conoceremos mas de la vida de un chagra; después tendremos tiempo libre para descansar y reponer energías.
Por la noche, tendrás una deliciosa merienda y para terminar el día junto al calor de la chimenea podras escuchar historias de antaño de la Hacienda.

En nuestro último día en la Hacienda Hipolongo, tendremos un delicioso desayuno a las (08:00 a.m.). Después del desayuno recogeremos nuestras cosas y comenzaremos el viaje de regreso a Quito; una vez en la capital terminara nuestro tour.
